JOB PURPOSE
* The IT Project Manager is responsible for managing all perspectives of PM resource management / logistic support with other departments (Admin , Finance & Internal control) upon tendering , outsourced contracts and related payments.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACOUNTABILITIES
* Manage all perspectives of PM resource management / logistic support with other departments (Admin , Finance & Internal control) upon tendering , outsourced contracts and related payments.
* Responsible for and plans, organizes and manages the procurement process for all projects.
* Discover the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships.
* Negotiate with external vendors to secure the most advantageous terms.
* Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services.
* Finalize details of orders and deliveries.
* Examine and re-evaluate existing contracts.
* Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
* Collaborate with key persons to ensure the clarity of the specifications and expectations of the Bank.
* Perform risk management regarding supply contracts and agreements
* Provide procurement support for Bids, and when necessary, participate in bid reviews and evaluations.
* Monitor and support returns, damage replacements, and warranty claims.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education:
B.Sc. of Engineering, Computer Science or BA of accounting.
Languages
: Fluency in English and Arabic Spoken and Written
Ideal experience
: 7 Years + of relevant professional work experience
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
* Superior understanding of Project Management principles.
* Strong Communication, Presentation & Reporting skills.
* Ability to maintain good working relationships with third party service providers and vendors
* Ability to self develop
* Superior understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
