Role Purpose:

The Data & Integration PM will be responsible for managing data and
integration and providing hands on expertise and technical guidance on SAP S/‎4
MDG or similar under the SAP S/4HANA implementation program. He/she will build
strong relationships with relevant stakeholders to make sure that the
implementation is on track.
We are looking for someone who will help us in the Functional PM role through
flourishing in our culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust.

Role Details - Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with Program Office Architects to shape the end-to-end implementation strategy and realize business value of the SAP S/4HANA solution


• Define systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines


• Design and architect MDM solutions jointly with Architects and System Integrators in alignment with overall MAF-wide data community and parallel data activities where applicable


• Define high-level KPIs and targets for the entire stack and align them with the respective stakeholders


• Ensure interfaces and dependencies within the different stacks are considered


• Stay in sync with the implementation team on priorities and day-to-day
  decision making


• Apply MDM concepts across technology platforms (sourcing and vending of Master Data)


• Create and maintain a roadmap for the various areas (i.e., Data and Implementation)

Functional/Technical Competencies

Personal Characteristics and Required Background:

‎7+ years in product management role; experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation
strongly preferred
Minimum two full lifecycle implementations/roll outs and support experience in
SAP S/4HANA
Experience in SAP end-to-end data migration projects involving migration of
data objects from multiple ERP systems (e.g., other SAP systems) is strongly
preferred
Strong understanding of master, reference, and transactional data; data
modeling, data transformation, and migration activities
Strong understanding of ETL design and implementation involving extraction and
provisioning of data from a variety of legacy systems
Ability to assess data quality and data validation processes for migrated data
from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA
