What will be my primary responsibilities in this role:
* The Operation Manager defines and applies the Jubail manufacturing strategy.
* He manages the Jubail plant on a day to day basis, plus the Jubail X-BU facility
* Make sure the Key Performance Indicators are in line with defined objectives
* Is in-charge to manage the resources of the plant
* Is in-charge to manage the facility
* Participate in the project review meetings and align the facility to meet the project volume
What do I need to qualify for this role:
* Mechanical Engineering degree (MBA degree is advantageous)
* 15 to 20 years' experience in Engineering to Order manufacturing environment
* Technical expertise/exposure on control valves
