Job Responsibilities
This position provides a full range of professional administrative services
and products to RSNF Training Director with regard to management of the RSNF
Training Program. Responsible for providing transactional and administrative
services to the various training agencies that comprise the Department of
Training. The Interdepartmental Training Liaison will report to the Operations
Manager.
Gather high-level goals from each program participant and provide the RSNF
Director of Training with executional plans that synthesize the different
objectives.
Organize meetings and committees comprised of representatives from each
training program participant as needed.
Develop and provide briefings and reports to the Director of Training as
needed.
Receive inquiries from program participants and liaison between each to
streamline processes and procedures.
Contribute to creating and maintaining an overall professional environment
that accurately reflects and supports the department's mission, vision, and
values.
Provide training management guidance, consultation, and assistance to
management on human resources policies, procedures, regulations, and concepts
and making recommendations on training issues.
Prepare Request for Personnel Actions for training environment, personnel
actions, and incentive awards.
Update and maintain program participants manpower reports.
Ensure training management performance reports are accurately updated
daily.Assist with the development of on-line training processes to increase
efficiency and improve capabilities and effectiveness of services.
Collaborate with the training program participants and committees to leverage
internal capabilities to improve overall responsiveness and productivity.
Must have extensive knowledge of RSNF training regulations, policies and
procedures.
Bachelor's with 0 - 2 years (orcommensurate experience), or15 years of
training and management experience.
English proficiency minimum of 80%.
Must be a Saudi Arabia citizen.
