looking to hire HR Business Partner to join our plant in Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Requirements:
* Shared Services experience
* Experience in Compensation and Benefit
* Experience supporting business transformation initiatives
* Ability to look at processes critically and challenge status quo
* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
* Expertise in HR policies and procedures, employment and labor laws.
* Excellent communication and people skills
