Requirements**
* Bachelor's Degree
* 1-3 years of experience working in an ITIL based environment.
* Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
* Experience with PC hardware, Printers, scanners, computer peripherals, Mobile devices (iOS, Android)
