Role Summary
We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic brand and communication Sr.
Specialist to join the Egypt marketing team. You will be responsible for
strengthening the brand KPIs, relevance and customer engagement and loyalty by
using effective brand, and communication strategies. You will also support the
Brand Manager to execute our brand strategy consistently across all channels.
What's On Your Plate?
* Analyse brand positioning.
* Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
* Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
* Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities.
* Identify research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyse research to identify opportunities.
* Define, plan and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media (TV, OOH, CRM, Performance Marketing and Social Media).
* Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns to motivate the target audience to "take action".
* Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items.
* Competitor and customer insights analysis.
* Handling influencers comms.
What Did We Order?
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management.
* Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
* Experience managing a brand across different markets.
* Creative thinker and problem solver.
* Strong communication skills and have experience in content creation and copy writing.
* Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques.
* Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends.
