Role Summary/Overview
Leading Talabat Egypt riders' suppliers to secure their availability and
monitoring their performance.
Role Scope
* Responsible for managing and maintaining relationships between Talabat and rider suppliers to ensure high suppliers' satisfaction.
* Responsible for supply acquisition targets
* Contribute in achieving the logistics SLA by fulfilling the required riders per area
* Responsible for the supplier's performance management
* Responsible for tiering and categorizing suppliers according to quality and proficiency of the riders provided by the suppliers in specific areas
• Designing suppliers' incentives program to compete with the competitors and
increase supply acquisition • Helping suppliers to improve their performance
* Ensures the suppliers satisfactions and Solving suppliers' problems for ex: financial issues, delay in payments, targets and competition rate with other suppliers in other companies….

Skills & Qualifications needed:
* Bachelor's degree
* Very good command of English.
* Very good presentation skills.
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint,
Outlook, and Excel), • Good interpersonal skills and communication
* Analytical skills
