Role Summary
We're looking for a passionate Growth Marketing Manager to lead the marketing
growth strategy, growth campaigns development, in Egypt. In this role, you
will be responsible to transform country priorities into world-class
integrated marketing campaigns that drive growth and impact.
What's On Your Plate?
* Work closely with the local and regional teams to set a marketing plan that will deliver on Egypt's growth targets.
* Drive end-to-end campaigns in Egypt; from establishing the strategy to campaign execution, measurement, and reporting, ensuring clear communication throughout each step of the process.
* Develop and oversee the execution of 360-degree growth and CRM campaigns.
* Allocate campaign budgets in the most efficient and effective way; able to understand the ROI and effectiveness of each campaign and tactics used.
* Work closely with restaurants and groceries verticals to launch nationwide and city-based marketing campaigns.
* Understand customer behaviour, have appropriate deep dives, focus groups etc. to collect on-ground actionable insights.
* Identify growth gaps and opportunities that are relevant to the country business priorities and develop a 360- marketing approach to address them.
* Consistently monitoring the market to ensure talabat is offering the best value across affordability, engagement, and acquisitions.
* You will be continuously testing new concepts and optimizing campaign results based on detailed analysis across the funnel and insights from our customer base.
* Drive marketing partnerships that deliver growth (new users and reorders) and fit the talabat brand values.
* Mentor and train Campaign Specialists to ensure the transfer of best practices to create marketing efficiencies and excellence.
* Manage budgeting spend and planning on monthly/annual basis in alignment with other marketing functions
What Did We Order?
* 8+ years of experience in consumer marketing, e-commerce, online services, or related experience with a proven record of delivering work with measurable results, on time and on budget.
* Experience in building strategic marketing plans and integrated marketing campaigns, with expertise in strategy, positioning, channel planning, go-to-market, and measurement.
Able to establish priorities and communicate expectations, working with others
to push projects to completion. Strong analytical skills & attention to detail
with swift execution.
* Comfortable with numbers
