Deadline Date ‎2022-‎06-‎05Responsibilities:
Deliver MS office trainings for youths.
Deliver life skills trainings for youth including (CV building, interviews,
search for jobs…..)
Deliver any other life skills components of trainings as necessary, based on
direction and curriculum of TdH Italy.
Preparation of detail implementation plan for skills development component of
project with monthly and weekly breakdown of activities. Integration with TdH
Italy team for implementation planning and execution.
Monitor progress against program work plan; promptly identifying any current
or potential delays. Weekly reporting on progress
Participate in designing and leading the collection and analysis of data on
relevant trainings and any follow up with participants.
Working closely with youth identified facilitators and act as a focal person
for organizing training to youth beneficiaries along with TdH Italy team.
Establish and maintain contact and productive working relationships with
community representatives, local and international organizations,
beneficiaries and employers as related to life skill development.
Keep record of all required documents related to Life Skills trainings,
beneficiary selection, pre and post training evaluation. Requirements:
* College degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Education or similar;
* At least ‎1 year-experience in similar position;
* Arabic, English are required
* Previous experience in NGOs and good knowledge of humanitarian principles, humanitarian aid and procedures;
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms clearly.
