POSITION DESCRIPTION
Lead a full training course based on Amideast standards, in order to improve
students ' skills and to prepare them for more advanced level of soft skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Apply the best teaching, learning methods and best practices to meet the needs of the attendees and make it interactive.
* Create the course plan and to ensure that the course flow stays orderly.
* Create the lesson plan for students that will teach students the skills they need.
* To demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, online training skills, planning skills, interpersonal skills.
* Train students, using a blended approach, on different areas of soft skills in order to prepare them comprehensively for campus placement tests, competitive examinations, university admission tests of national and international bodies.
* Provide high-quality test preparation instruction to the aspirants applying for the test exams.
* Design, develop and maintain test preparation materials and scoring practice tests.
* Implementing the right methodology and style in conducting the classes for the students
* Encourage students to interact, read and do searches concerning the course's subject
* Assign essays and HomeWorks to the students, to keep them more involved in the course's subjects
* Grade student essays and tests
* Track student progress and submit reports to the Program Manager as per the Amideast timeline
* Monitor students' progress & achievements to ensure score improvement.
* Conduct the assessment plan as per Amideast's Monitoring and Evaluation standards to assess improvement and learning gains among students
* Maintain and complete the student attendance sheet on daily bases
* Deliver teaching hours as per the course agenda without any changes to the start and end time unless agreed to by Amideast
* Answering student questions based on reliable scientific reference
* Keep upgrading the knowledge base by studying new and revised books on the subject.
* Remaining up to date with developments in the field and subject matter.
* Demonstrate a strong ability to improve students' test scores.
* Working with each student/aspirant closely to understand their knowledge gap and helping them close it by conducting various exercises
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
* MBA or related equivalent degree in relevant field/industry.
* Minimum ‎5 years of experience in educating and training courses like Personality Development, Emotional Intelligence, Debate and Public Speaking, Time Management, Interpersonal Communication, Negotiation, Conflict Management, Teamwork, Sales Skills Development, Coaching Counseling & Peak Performance, Customer Service Excellence, Leadership Skills & Management Essentials, Report Writing Skills, Managing Conflict & Difficult People, Data Analysis for Decision Making.
* Must be familiar with modern software and tools used in educational and training industry
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both Arabic and English
* Comfortable working with students of different levels
* Passionate about teaching and educating for the client's success
* Bilingual skills (Arabic & English)
* Familiar with online Training's tools and applications
* Excellent organizational and analytical skills
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The incumbent in this position will work in a professional office environment
and will utilize the following equipment when working from the corporate
office or remote home office
* Computer (laptop or desktop)
* Printer/Photocopier/Scanner/Fax
* Telephone
