The manager is an employee who is responsible for planning, directing and
overseeing the operations and fiscal health of a business unit, division,
department, or an operating unit within an organization.
Key requirements:
Maximize department sales and productivity metrics in line with shop targets
Monitor key data reports on space management, sales against last year, last
week and budget on a daily and weekly basis and communicate to staff
Ensure and monitor all stock is laid out and displayed according to standard
layout norms (product placement, signage, neat and well folded, arranged in
order from smallest to largest, hanged items must be steamed, brand wise, size
wise etc.).
Ensure and monitor all stock transactions are recorded on the system in time,
accurately and correctly categorized by bar codes price tags.
Ensure departmental décor is correct and there is consistency in displays,
branding and departmental layouts
Inspect merchandise for quality control and report any defects and facilitate
on-time clearance of all damaged merchandise
Monitor and implement sales promotion and event in the stores and implement
weekly plans through the team.
Understand and maintain a detailed knowledge of the product/department
merchandise
Submit weekly trade report: Review non-selling items, slow/ fast moving
lines/ non-movers/ damages/ ageing items & information about the customers
(likes, dislikes and opinions) to avoid dead stocks.
Ensure and monitor effective stock replenishment and correct rotation to the
stock and assure continuous stock availability.
Customer
Provide customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service and
ensure confidently with respect to Landmark retail/stores sales information.
Carry out regular training to ensure clear understanding of the departments,
products, make, features, selling skills and after sales service
Communicate appropriately with customers including proactive greeting and
acknowledgement and deal with issues.

Education
Graduates / High School with Diploma
Language
English – Basic
Arabic – Mandatory
Job Experience
Technology
Basic MS office, Excel and Power point.
Others
Knowledge of merchandising, stock market, inventory processes with a knowledge
of retail industries and its processes.
