Job Purpose
Coordinating and update of all vessel certificates and related activities
including Maintenance support.
Key Responsibilities
*
Coordinating and update of records on class certificates on each vessel (Soft
Copies and Hard copies)
* Coordinating and update on LSA /FFA / Radio certificates of vessels.
* Work forecast update with classification society.
* Tracking the pending certificates of vessels.
* Coordinating and notifying the team member/s on class and related surveys.
* Ensure compliance of latest classification requirements.
Key Interaction
*
Coordinating and ensure all load test certifications are up to date and timely
tracking.
* Adheres to Safe working instruction and SOPs.
* Adheres to incident reporting.
* Ensure all documents are update and available for internal and external audit.
Required Qualification and Experience
*
Degree /Diploma equivalent qualification.
* Computer Skills.
