MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To assist in developing and driving tactical and strategic pricing policies,
strategies, and market initiatives for FZ cargo products, services and
interline to maximise point of sale performance and optimise revenue across
the network.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develops tariff and other charges to be independently created, updated and maintained for all products and solutions in SkyChain for all flydubai cargo online and offline stations.
* Undergoes a continuous study of all routes and submit recommendations to Management for new pricing effecting developments.
* Manages independently pricing strategy (ad-hoc rates / spot rates / promotional pricing etc.). generating reports to take timely pricing and revenue optimization actions.
* Reviews market trends, compiles cargo related statistical information, and collects sales feedbacks.
* Carries out market pricing and sale intelligence for the complete network and prepares reports and recommendations for Management.
* Assist Management in planning, developing, direct and controlling Cargo Services (including Road Feeder Services - UAE & out station and value-added services) to promote flydubai cargo sales and branding.
* Coordinates with Legal and Finance to ensure all agreements (rate agreement, Block Space Agreement (BSA) - soft and hard etc) are being actioned on time and coordinates with all parties to comply the flydubai cargo pricing and revenue optimisation process and procedures.
* Ensures FZ-EK integration in pricing and related co-op activities driving for results for mutual benefits.
* Conducts period audits for accuracy of tariff, adhoc sales and other charges filed, reported, and collected.
* Ensures all the additional incidental amendment charges, Cargo Charges Correction charges are updated timely and correct manner.
* Manages periodic (summer and winter) tariff revision complete FZ network all products and solutions
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
