Your Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of client accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs, and develop recruitment strategies that align with their business goals.
* Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and assess their suitability for specific job roles.
* Manage candidate information and maintain a candidate database, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
* Present shortlisted candidates to clients and provide feedback to candidates following interviews.
* Guide clients through the hiring process, providing support and advice on employment contracts, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
* Develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies, using a range of channels to attract and engage potential candidates.
* Meet or exceed recruitment targets and KPIs, reporting progress to senior management as required.
Your Qualifications
* Proven experience in recruitment account management or a similar role.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proven experience in sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and assessing suitability for specific job roles.
* Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies and channels.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software.
