About the role

**Teva is searching for an enthusiastic employee to join the Finance team

of Actavis and Medis. We offer dynamic international environment with the
possibility of international development**

**As a Manager accounting you have various roles and responsibilities

supporting the business in accurate and timely reporting of financial data and
work cross functional both within Medis and Teva.**

Responsibilities

• Coding invoices for approval in cooperation with our AP team in Croatia and the business


• Responsible for Monthly and weekly Cash flow forecasting


• Responsible for payment plan approvals and monitoring


• Responsible for reconciliations and reporting of Icelandic vat and withholding tax


• Other reconciliations


• Responsible for internal and external reporting and communications


• Assist with the yearly closings and audits


• The ability to develop and improve internal processes


• Subsystems administration


• Ad hoc assignments

Qualifications

• Background from accounting and a well-developed understanding of bookkeeping


• University degree appropriate for the role


• Organized and have great attention to details


• Ability to resolve issues and complete multiple tasks


• IT literate - able to use MS-Office packages confidently, especially excel. . SAP knowledge is an advantage


• Fluency in Icelandic and English


• Positivity and the ability to self-manage
