Right now, we are on the lookout for a Marketing & Guest Experience Executive
to execute sales and marketing initiatives, deliver budgeted visitor volume
and revenue as well as creating and maintaining local network relationships
and partnerships for the Beluga Whale Sanctuary here in Iceland!

In this exciting role you'll be responsible for guest communications and
supporting the Operations Manager to deliver a positive, memorable guest
experience in line with Sea Life Trust's values. You'll also execute marketing
plans and communications throughout the year to deliver visitor volume and
revenue in line with targets.
From monitoring and updating all communications platforms for the sanctuary to
keep information professional and current, including leaflets, website, and
social media, to researching and applying for grants as additional income
source. You'll adopt an enthusiastic, assertive and passionate approach to
customer service, and demonstrate the company values at every opportunity.
This role is full-time and offered on a ‎12-month, fixed-term contract.
