Job description
Responsibilities and Duties • Analyze and forecast financial requirements
for organization. • Supervise and ensure efficient working of all financial
transactions in the organization. • Monitor and implement all accounts payable
check activation and wire transactions. • Administer all bank transactions and
oversee data recording procedures monthly. • Collate bank statements on a
monthly basis. • Provide support to safekeeping of internal expenses in
company. • Monitor account reconciliation, tax, and calculations inclusive of
cost accounting plus factory data recording processes. • Devise ways to
optimize inventory control procedures • Inspect the levels of business
supplies and raw material to identify shortages • Ensure product stock is
adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from
customers • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory • Use
software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory • Place
orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus •
Analyze data to anticipate future needs • Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-
effective deals and maintain trust relationships
Skills
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Education • Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent Experience • 3-5 Years
of experience in General Accounting • Accounting Experience within factories
