What will you be doing


As an AE you will be part of CSM Middle East team, supporting few of our
biggest accounts. The role would see you working on projects across different
sports. You will support the day-to-day relationship between CSM, the client
and their rightsholder to deliver the respective projects. We are looking for
a talent to bring great client skills, experience and passion of events and
experiential projects delivery.


You will be part of our Brands team based in CSM’s UAE offices (with remote
and flexible working options), work with colleagues across ME and APAC regions
and will need to travel to KSA and other countries in the region as required.
You will report into an experienced Account/Event Manager.


Your key responsibilities will include:
Strategic Account Support



  • Development and support of relationship with the client, and day-to-day client support across the GCC focusing of the UAE and KSA

  • Support the relationships and management of internal stakeholders, suppliers

  • Effective management of regular project and status meetings with clients and internally within the team

  • Support in the campaign strategy and project planning (with Account lead)

  • Support internal and all-agency brainstorms and ideas development

  • Lead on development and management of project timelines, budgets, invoicing/cost management, own task tracking and other relevant supplementary project documents


  • Support team in implementation of all aspects of the campaign touch points including; general rights delivery, talent/ambassador appearances, live activations, digital & social strategies, PR & Comms and guest management
    Administration




  • Organize client meetings and requirements thereof



  • Create weekly status reports (internal and external)

  • Make adjustments to strategy and implementation documents if required

  • Create internal and external presentations

  • Ensure account filing is done in a simple and efficient fashion


  • Support with onboarding of suppliers
    Skills and Experience you would need




  • University graduate



  • Fluency in English, written and spoken. Arabic beneficial.

  • A clear passion for sports / football

  • ‎1-‎2 years’ experience in Sports Marketing / Account Management preferred but not mandatory

  • Client-facing experience within the Middle East region (UAE and/or KSA) beneficial

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving mentality

  • Appetite for account management and strategic planning

  • Ability to multi-task; you will be working across a number of activities with tight deadlines

  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage your time efficiently

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

  • Outstanding written and oral communications skills, attention to details

  • Solution-focused and hands on approach to managing workstreams
