Baker Hughes offers the opportunity as Field Operator General to join the
Wireline team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab of Emirates
As a Field Operator General, you will be responsible for:
* Having expert knowledge of oil and gas industry and product line
* Being fully competent in all aspects of operator duties at the well site and at the shop.
* Maintaining the unit and perform all pre-job duties, well-site operations and post-job duties, as well as training of junior operators
* Maintains records and communications as required by District Manager
* Being responsible for proper job-related paperwork and other records for self and assigned crew.
* Having compliance knowledge of all Federal, Country, State, Local and wireline regulations applicable to Wireline explosives operations
* Driving company vehicles in a safe manner, observing all Company and government regulations and arrive at well site or other designated destination at scheduled time.
* Participating effectively in quality improvement efforts with respect to ballistics operations
* Promoting and maintaining good customer relations
* Carrying out all required responsibilities safely as described in Managing Base Operations, Managing Well Operations and Managing Equipment and Logistics manuals.

To be successful in this role you will:
* Have High school diploma or equivalent.
* Have Industry experience and product line training
* Have Heavy Vehicle Driving license valid for UAE is an option
* Have ‎5 years in cased hole & open hole wireline operations
