In this role you will be responsible for proper job-related paperwork and
other records for self and assigned crew
As a Field Operator Wireline, you will be responsible for
* Maintaining the unit and perform all pre-job duties, well-site operations and post-job duties
* training junior operators
* Maintaining records and communications as required by District Manager
* Ensuring compliance of all Federal, Country, State, Local and WLE regulations applicable to WL Explosives operations
* Driving company vehicles in a safe manner
* Observing all Company and government regulations and arrive at well site or other designated destination at scheduled time
* Participating actively in quality improvement efforts with respect to ballistics operations
* Promoting and maintains good customer relations
* Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

To be successful in this role you will:
* Have a High school diploma or equivalent (With Minimum of ‎3 years of experience)
* Open Hole & Cased hole logging experience.
* General knowledge of basic oil and gas industry
* Communicate with various clients and must have good customer service skills
