Scope:
Execute data entry timely and accurately into SAP and provide administrative
support for Accounts Payable for the EMEA Region
Principle duties and responsibilities:
Receiving and segregating Vendor invoices for each entity
Post Non PO-based Invoices in assigned entity or entities
Post PO based Invoices in assigned entity or entities
Ensure Petty Cash Disbursement in assigned entity, posting & reconciliation
of petty cash to GL for all assigned entities
Perform Cash/Check /Credit Card Disbursement posting
Support and/or post of Intercompany Invoices in a timely manner
Verify all expense claims submitted and ensure posting is implemented as per
the process
Monitor and track checks issued
Create Vendor's Bank Details Template in Company's Bank portal
Comply with all Enerflex HR, Quality, HSE, and all the Company policies,
procedures, processes, work instructions and guidelines
Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager
Job specifications:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting or business
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is an asset
SAP experience and Excel knowledge is a plus
Organizational skills, problem solving skills, ability to handle a heavy
workload and multi-task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented, able to cope with month end workloads and ability to work
independently
Exposure in international organizations and Regional business Practices
