Overall Purpose of The Job
This role is responsible for coordinating with UAE training centers, crew,
client and transportation companies as and when necessary to arrange ADNOC
mandatory trainings for all the ‎700+ OSV crew.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
‎1. Ensures timely scheduling for new and renewal of Abu Dhabi based safety
trainings for ‎700+ crew
‎2. Maintaining accurate and up to date records in ShipSure Crewing and
uploading documents if required.
‎3. Ensures that all the pre joining documents are complete, checked and
verified as genuine as per the applicable
requirements.
‎4. Maintains contact with personnel while on leave and during mobilization
for trainings in UAE
‎5. Responsible for making all Training enrolments control procedures.
‎6. Provides administrative assistance to other members of the Crew Cell

KEY SUCCESS MEASURES:

‎1. Timely training enrolment of the joining crew so that crew can be deployed
without any delay once in Abu Dhabi
‎2. Timely encoding of data and uploading of documents in ShipSure
‎3. Positive feedback from key stakeholders (e.g. immediate superior/s,
seafarers etc.)

Required Experience
ESSENTIAL:
* Excellent communication (oral and written) skills.

  Thorough awareness and good understanding of cultural and diversity issues.

  Proven ability to work to, and meet, tight deadlines.

  
  

. Exposure to safety trainings in UAE, ADNOC Medicals is required.
* Good computer operating skills including word processing and spreadsheet experience.

and interact with people at all levels.
* Keen attention to details

DESIRABLE:
* Relevant experience in a similar role preferably in offshore Industry.
