Job Description
* Collect, validate and analyze measurement data.
* Design, analyze, and improve metrics/KPIs for projects and processes for organizational reporting.
* Monitor trends and identifying improvement areas for the organization.
* Define & implement measurement baseline(s) model(s).
* Assist the projects in defining specific measures & metrics.
* Implement and participate in designing forecasting models with appropriate forecasting techniques.
* Deal with different stakeholders to gather requirements & define relevant indicators.
* Participate in the design of new dashboards.
* Ability to review and validate measurements output of more junior members.
* Ability to collect and analyze data manually then automate the whole process and lead activities across the organization.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor of Engineering, Computer Science (Operations Research / Decision Support Systems).
* 3+ years of relevant experience working in an analytics or data science role as the primary analytics voice in one or more business functions, preferably in growth or product.
* Excellent command of the English language.
* Good knowledge of Business intelligence tools.
* Ability to collect and validate different types of data with a high level of accuracy.
* Good understanding of KPIs visualization.
* Extensive experience partnering closely with different business units to define and track metrics that result in high business impact.
* Ability to create clear, concise reports and visualizations that are understood by audiences with varying degrees of familiarity with the underlying data.
* Expert-level SQL skills.
* Proficient with common dashboard tools such as looker
* Familiarity with one or more scripting languages such as Python or R for advanced analytics and willingness to learn more.
* Excellent skills in problem-solving & analytical thinking
