1.Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation,
execution, control, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency
with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
2.Facilitate and ensure the project team's smooth operation to deliver the
agreed SW.
3.Agrees with the Tech Lead about the processes, delivery scope, change
requests, and the applied qualifications.
4.Provide detailed professional planning for projects activities, with a
budget and resource allocation.
5.Monitor & control projects schedules, budget, and risks.
6.Coordinate and assign tasks with the support of the Tech Lead to team
members to fulfill plans and meet deadlines.
7.Provide reports for planned effort per project, and per resource, taking
into account resources vacations, holidays, or training.
8.Facilitate and ensure the project team's smooth operation to deliver the
agreed SW.
1.A Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering /Computer Engineering
/Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education/experience is
required.
2. 5+ years of software project management experience.
3.Previous experience in Software development or testing.
4.Excellent knowledge of Polarion.
5.Excellent knowledge of ASPICE3.1 and ISO26262.
6.International mindset.
7.Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal communication.
8.Candidates should have the flexibility to travel for work in different
places inside or outside Egypt.
9. Excellent English language (spoken and written) is required.
