Role Summary:
This position will be responsible for creating, submitting, resubmitting, and
receiving documentation from/to clients and suppliers to meet project
documentation requirements for NMR ‎601, ‎602, and ‎603 while working in a
collaborative, team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
* ‎2-‎5 years' experience in a documentation control and planning role
* Experience using Excel and Windchill system functionality in a manufacturing environment
* Understanding of using the proficiently excel format, a plus
* Exhibit and support company core values and behaviors
* Competent in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferences
* BS or Diploma (Mechanical, MBA) in related academic field
* Exhibit good organizational skills, with the ability to calmly prioritize demands
* Possess good initiative and inquisitiveness to learn
* Lean certification (green belt, black belt)-Optional
Responsibilities & Requirements:
* Prepare the Vendor Document list (VDL) as per the project requirement with the timeline and circulate this to Engineering and PM.
* Expedite documents from the vendors.
* Documents submission/resubmission to the customer with the project specific Cover sheet & Transmittal.
* Expedite documents approval from the customers.
* Organize and Archive Documents
* Preparation and submission of Final documentation dossiers which includes Manufacturing Data Book and Quality dossier as per customer requirement including hard copy submission.
* Upon approval of drawings and documents, prepare the job folder and submit them to operations team during PG-‎4.
* Create PR in Oracle for projects.
* Preparation, Submission, and revision of Spare Part Data Package (SPDP) as per project requirement which involves expediting and compiling SPIR's from the Spare Parts Team, Vendors and submit them in customer specific format.
* Publish the Advance Shipping Notification (ASN) and Goods Collection Confirmation (GCC) in Saudi Aramco portal for all documentation line items which are included in the PO.
* Global Installation Data Base (GID) management which involves monthly updating of OE shipments.
* Follow up with the PM's and update change order management file in Flowserve Share folder.
* Follow up with the PM's for timely updating of KPI report.
* Documentation OTD completion % for OPEX.
