Our Global Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes
and procedures for the new Outseer Beyond Channel Program. Working closely
with sales and other operational functions, we use our expertise to evaluate
and implement improvements to sales programs and processes - from planning and
prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting,
sales enablement and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our
products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible. We are
looking for a high energy sales or operations advisor to join our team and
support our Business Management function and support our Salesforce CRM.
Join us as a Sales Operations Advisor on our Sales Operations team in
Cairo .
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with Sales leadership to develop and optimize, reporting analytics and dashboards
* Create and enhance data visualization dashboards and reports in Salesforce CRM and Power BI
* Regularly analyze data and provide insights as well as actionable recommendations
* Provide support to sales leadership and sales reps for sales tools in multiple countries across the globe
* Leverage the power of Salesforce CRM to support sales teams by keeping an eye on data quality
* Coordinate and or project manage small, short-term projects or initiatives
* Learn and administer Salesforce.com for small changes, enhancements, and process improvements
* Work closely with Global Sales Operations team members in Cairo, Ireland, and the US
Essential Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* A strong understanding of data structures, databases, visualization techniques and data analysis
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong attention to detail, including whilst working to tight deadlines
* Fast learner and problem solver
* High level of competence in MS Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Project coordination or management skills & desire to learn & develop projects
Experience:
* ‎5+ years of experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development
