Education
* University graduate from a recognized university.
* Advanced studies in HR are an asset.
Experience
* Up to 4 years' of solid experience, 2 of which in a relevant role
Human Resources & Corporate Support
* Accurate handling of the monthly payroll payments for all employees ( Locals , Expats & Handicapped )
* Apply bank accounts for new hired employees as well as many changes in employees bank Accounts every month before issuing the payroll.
* Modify & adjust Salaries, Allowances as well as their social insurance amounts for promoted employees
* Bonus payout .
* Modify & adjust Salaries as well as their social insurance amounts for salary increase
* Modify & adjust social insurance amounts at Jan & July every year
* Issue the payroll memos every month to the Finance department
* Transfer the salaries of the employees every month to the banks
* Run prepayments at the system every month
* Prepare Dashboard reports
* Calculate the entitlements of resigned employees ( Locals and Orange Services ).
* Issue HR letters
* Issue Court Order Letters
* Reset Oracle password
* Issue contracts of level 13 and above.
* Respond to the customers' requirements
* Prepare the reconciliation at the beginning of the year ( Locals , Expats , Handicapped and Orange Services ).
* Handle all monthly payroll documentations
* Provide information to employees regarding payroll issues.
