Purpose
To assist in the development, management, delivery, and maintenance of the R3
System requirements for Worley sites.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Project R3 Manager in the development and roll-out of an effective total R3 program for field sites ( crisis and emergency, business continuity and protective security management, travel risk), including operational procedures, program initiatives and systems required for the mitigation of project emergency hazards, security and community risks whilst maintaining continuity of operations and safeguarding of assets.
* Ensure that project sites and offices are covered by robust and comprehensive R3 Management Plans (Security Plan, FPP/Medical & Comms Plans) and, where applicable, R3 Improvement Plans - this includes periodical follow-up with the Program Manager/Focal Point Leader to ensure no 'scope creep.'
* Interface with Project HSE Emergency Response staff to ensure seamless emergency response/management fit occurs.
* Conduct SVAs to determine the types of emergency-related needs to be addressed in disaster planning or provide technical support to others conducting such surveys.
* Plans, designs, and executes emergency response drills and desktop exercises and evaluates the efficacy of the drills and exercises for all Worley offices and Project Sites.
* Being able to work at different sites as and when required by the business, as instructed by the Location R3 Manager.
* Assist the Location R3 Manager in responding to R3 incidents or events and ensure the R3 response and recovery team's equipment and resources are maintained and accessible for immediate use.
* Prepare plans that outline operating procedures to be used in response to disasters or emergencies, such as hurricanes, nuclear accidents, and terrorist attacks, and recovery from these events.
* Provide a weekly report to the Project R3 Manager.
* Maintain the R3 Team Site weekly.
* Interface with the contract local security company to ensure a high standard of delivery in accordance with the contract agreement.
Knowledge / Experience / Competencies Required:
Job-Specific Knowledge:
* Must have experience in a similar role under similar operating conditions.
Industry-Specific Experience:
* Bachelor Degree in relevant experience.
* Safety, Security and Emergency Response Background.
* Remote Site experience.
* Understanding of the HCIS - High Commission Industry Standards in KSA.
* Proven Management experience.
* Has ‎10-‎15 years of experience.
