Responsible for the delivery of training courses to internal and external
customers to drive critical business outcomes. Interacts with team members,
functional organizations, partners and customers to gather course
specifications for course
curriculum. Course delivery typically includes a variety of blended formats,
on demand, e-learning and classroom training, including lecture and lab
exercises. Curriculum content will vary based on audience.
Key Responsibilities:
The SecurID Education services team offers training solutions in different
modalities that help customers, partners, and internals to boost their
security savvy and unlock the full potential of the SecurID products.
The LMS Admin / Training Coordinator plays a key role in the education
services team. They are responsible for LMS operation, configuration, and
administration. Also, responsible for coordinating all training delivered by
the instructors, ensuring quality and delivery of preparation, execution, and
follow-up with the instructor and students.
* Manage LMS operation and administration.
* Organize the training plans according to the schedule.
* Creates training communication, manages training participation databases, and manages training libraries.
* Manage on-premises training facilities and equipment.
* Provides metric analysis and reporting on training readiness and effectiveness.
* Consults with customers to ensure produced training meets their needs.
* Assist Sales with training requests and needs.
Essential requirements:
* ‎2+ years of related experience.
* Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and eLearning tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient using Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
* Fluent English is mandatory.
* Ability to work U.S. Hours.
Desirable requirements:
* Previous experience in project management, education coordination.
* Hands on experience Learning Management Systems and eLearning tools.
