Responsible for the delivery of training courses to internal and external
customers to drive critical business outcomes. Interacts with team members,
functional organizations, partners and customers to gather course
specifications for course
curriculum. Course delivery typically includes a variety of blended formats,
on demand, e-learning and classroom training, including lecture and lab
exercises. Curriculum content will vary based on audience.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Multi-Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing multi-
media content to be used by the different teams in RSA for marketing and
education purposes.
* Develops creative audio and visual content and features to be delivered by web, broadcast, streaming or other media forms.
* Uses media tools, programs, and platforms to create finished works.
* Provides design project management for smaller projects, including creative direction to external resources as needed, understanding fiscal responsibility, and adhering to project deadlines.
* Works to ensure company identity standards across all media.
* Develops creative design solutions in support of marketing communications plans for maximum and appropriate impact.
* Supports the Administration of social media and community programs.
* Participates in the monitoring and observing trends in social media forums.
Essential requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital design, film, or a related field.
* 2+ years of related experience in Audio/Video production.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Video editing and modification, soundtrack coordination. Software editing tools.
* Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong written and oral communication in English. Bi-lingual is an advantage.
