Brand Management



  • Drives profitable sales, brand growth and loyalty for a number of business areas.

  • Analyzes and supports both category and cluster marketing plans to align with brand strategy and achieve annual operating plan goals.

  • Manages and enhances the company brand or reputation in the public's eye.

  • Ensures brand consistency.

  • Develops and enriches customer service experience.

  • Develops accountability structure for stakeholders.

  • Develops and executes brand management plans.

  • Creates and enhances agency and partner relationships.

  • Leverages customer insight data to refine brand management.

  • Identifies brand-building areas.

  • Ensures brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the company and brand positioning.

  • Develops and implements media planning, buying, and innovation strategies.

  • Coordinates and manages content management and information sharing among departments, and external customers and divisions.

  • Provides design and directions for collateral, web, product packaging, and other visual communications media for the company.

  • Helps promote uniformity and consistency of brand.

  • Assists in development and refinement of uniform graphic standards and visual brand strategies.


Digital / New Media



  • Designs digital media campaigns that align with the goals of the company.

  • Coordinates and supports the creation of digital content in various forms (e.g. website٫ blogs٫ press releases and podcasts)

  • Manages digital projects end-to-end

  • Establishes the company's web presence and boost brand awareness by doing so

  • Maintains a strong online company voice through social or any new media platforms.

  • Communicates effectively with Management, Sales and Product development teams in ensuring brand consistency

  • Suggests and implements direct marketing methods to increase profitability

  • Stays up-to-date with digital media developments


Events Management



  • Creates and manages the company's events calendar.

  • Develops event concepts.

  • Manages event budgets.

  • Conducts due diligence on all events which the company could participate.

  • Coordinates logistical elements.

  • Organizes marketing material.

  • Processes payments and invoices.

  • Engages with vendors and arranging security.

  • Liaises with speakers and preparing speaking notes.

  • Post-event reporting.


Creative



  • Creates, revises, and develop advertisements, collateral, merchandising and branding materials for a variety of media outlets such as print, video, web and social media.

  • Shoots, edits and publishes creative videos for use throughout our website, YouTube and social media platforms.

  • Captures photographs and video of events, locations, people, and other illustrative and educational material for use in the company publications, presentations, and online.

  • Oversees projects and outside agencies as they relate to the visual use of the company logo and materials that are needed from various departments i.e. customized sales materials, facility art and signage, departmental brochures and hand-outs, promotional products etc.

  • Develops relationships with vendors to obtain price quotes and delivery deadlines.

  • Manages online photo stock gallery to fulfill requests for digital photos, video that include production plant, products, etc.

  • Interacts and communicates in a positive and responsive manner with clients, attendees of events, seminar speakers, and the general public.


  • Other duties as assigned.
    Job Requirements
    B.S. degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations and/or Graphic
    Design




  • Analytical skills and attention to detail



  • Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas

  • Team working skills

  • Experience with and an understanding of market research

  • Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time

  • An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns

  • Knowledge of content management systems, light HTML and email marketing best practices.

  • Skilled in the operation of photographic and video equipment.

  • Ability to maintain hard copy and computer files and records.
