Field Supervisor

Provide sales / Aftermarket support / assistance and advise within KSA as
required with particular emphasis on:
* Introduction of new product lines/services to existing markets.
* Interface between sales support functions from KSA and the main office in Dubai, UAE, Houston and Conroe, Tx.
* Liaison with engineering department for technical queries and proposal development.
* Perform Rig Visits on regular basis to Drilling Contractors using NOV Brandt Equipment
* Help and Support operations on maintaining adequate levels of inventory in each country of operation.
* Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
* Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.
* Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
* Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of NOV Brandt equipment and supplies on customers' rigs and proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services.
* Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
* Develops customer's team awareness on brandt products by providing technical information and training.
* Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing equipment conditions and usage on customer rigs.
* Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.
Requirements:
* Self Motivated.
* Extensive experience of offshore and onshore drilling operations, activities, equipment and use of same.
* Understanding of WellSite Services products and services and how they can be best utilized.
* Supervisory skills are essential.
* Knowledge of the region and local culture.
* Full understanding of NOV policies and adhere to them at all times.
* Competent in the following:
* Motivation skills.
* Report writing.
* Shale Shaker Operation
* Excellent communication skills.
