Job Description
* Interviews respondents, collects/audits data from panels.
* Fully responsible for the quality of the data/information collected.
* Establishes the working structure of the Field team to optimize productivity, delegates the appropriate authority and tasks to team members and ensures that all team members have all information necessary to achieve their field objectives.
* Provides timely and accurate feedback to the manager of Field on major performance areas of the field personnel including interview / collection status, panel complaints, recruitment status, operational issues, data, panel and other day-to-day issues.
* Ensures successful recruitment and retention of panels in line with the objectives set by the Field Manager.
* Establishes, develops and maintains positive working relationships with panels/retailer contacts at all levels and all times to maximise retailer/panel retention.
* Ensures the team adheres to the Company's regional and global standards at all times.
* Continually innovates, develops and suggests enhancements to gain better work efficiency.
* Represents field in providing on the ground observations and findings regarding respondent conditions, area subtleties, new products and business feasibilities, questionnaire effectiveness and other causal effects that have direct impact on time and cost to the project.
