Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to
provide the necessary support to the field sales team.
Responsibilities:
* JED System:
* Entering the purchase order system for (trucks and passengers).
* Verify all of the entered information, and if the tire is not available, we perform a stock transfer.
* Enter Local purchase order,and Local Match Voucher.
* Invoice:
* Archives.
* Insure the completion of all invoice and arranging them according to the serial no (PO, DN, Stamp).
* Communicate with the sales person.
* Report all the invoices in the excel sheet
* Entering the invoices for OFSAT company on SAP system.
* HelpDesk system:
* Entering the gifts purchases in the system.
* Quotation's:
* Generating quotations to the clients.
Requirements and skills:
* Saudi National.
* 1-2 years experience.
* Fluent English.
* A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
* Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
* The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
