About the team:
The Hub Talent Acquisition team acts as the shared services Center to deliver
talent recruitment and coordination services for NAMET, Europe & UKI regions
involving services such as screening, coordination, interviewing, scheduling,
and offering.
About the role:
In the role of "Talent Acquisition Team lead" you will contribute towards the
achievement of the HR strategy through proactively find the best talent for
Unilever. As part of this role, you are expected to lead the talent sourcing
team who is catering for North Africa, Middle East & Turkish, Europe & UKI
Countries, build strong finding skills, and engage with talent through
different channels/platforms. And part of engaging and finding the best
talent, you will need to ensure you give the best candidate experience for
current and prospects.
Job Responsibilities:
* Driving the talent acquisition team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
* Manage the recruitment process to ensure business needs across the functions are met in a timely and consistent manner.
* Responsible for designing, and implementing candidates' Evaluation and Selection frameworks
* Design, plan and execute selection processes (interviews, screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.) and liaise with management
* Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process and initiate new methodologies to enhance the overall performance and evaluate the impact of such activities
* Report timely and accurately on Recruitment Key Metrics (TTO, Diversity, Success of hire, Cost of Hire, candidate, and Hiring Manager satisfaction)
* Managing Applicants Tracking System and ensure periodic reports, analytics, and insights reporting to direct manager
* Develop and maintain efficient relationships with all Talent partner leads and oversee all talent
* acquisition activities for designated countries
* Prepare the annual manpower plan with coordination with the concerned parties to estimate the hiring
* needs across permanent, Temp, Internship, and future leadership programs
* Provide innovative insight and ideas for filling complex and hard to fill positions.
* Maintaining a strong pipeline for hard to fill positions
* Secure continues candidates' Sourcing form varies Sourcing channels and ensure diversity of Sourcing channels
* Managing and monitoring the recruitment end to end recruitment cycle in terms of screening and interviewing processes
* Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
* Proactively source for key roles, based on historical attrition and business needs.
Job Qualifications:

Educational & Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in relevant field, Master's/MBA preferred
* ‎4-‎6 years' experience in Recruitment operations
* ‎1-‎2 years in leading recruitment operations is a plus
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft office.
* Workday, Hire Vue, Hired Score or similar recruitment system Knowledge is a must
* Analytical, problem solving and time management skills
* Time management and commitment to deadlines
* Has "customer care mindset"
* Strong stakeholder management (specially HR and Business stakeholders and teams)
* Strong organization skills
* Excellent Communication skills.
* Numerical Intelligence
* Strong attention to detail and due diligence
