Manage, coordinate, and execute all activities surrounding the processing of
customer order for Sam 's Club and Costco at plant level shipped directly to
customer.
Sam Clubs and Costco deliveries responsible for annual sales 7-8 million cases
and revenue of 60-70 million dollars
Forecasting
* 30-40 SKU's
* Execute customer transition schedules for LTO's and promos by club 30/60/90 communication
* Weekly Demand Planning conference calls with demand planner
Order Management
* Edit all Sam Club and Costco POs to insure adequate inventory to honor order
* Combine orders, PBC local orders to assure truckload capacity is met on all loads
Order Implementation
* Manage local order entry process
* Retrieve orders from NIS and assign customer specifics to bill of lading
* Ensure order accuracy vs. PO generation to LOE and NIS via daily review of customer EDI exception & processed order reports
* Ensure product is available and maintained to honor customer order
* Communicate with Sam's replenishment team and/or Costco buyer any order changes/modifications needed
Invoice Generation
* Collect bill of ladings from warehouse to move PO in LOE to selling date
* Using BOL build daily invoice file and distribute to the PBC locations
* Prepare and execute the daily dispatch to create download in handheld
* Work with location managers to activate and maintain club specific items in ITL so invoice can be generated for respective location
Transportation
* Schedule PBC fleet dock appointments with clubs and monitor to delivery
* Setup and monitor common carrier deliveries to clubs
* Enter delivery information onto daily tracking file.
* Daily and frequent communication with carrier for pickup and delivery of loads to customer
* Responsible for coordinating and reconciling any delivery issues for PO with customer and common carrier
* Execute Sam's Club MABD on all PO's generated by monitoring shipment from pickup to delivery. Sam's Club customer goal is 90% compliance.
* Manage over 8000 deliveries across multiple states via common carrier
* Manage transportation spend of 6-8 Million dollars annually.
Monitor Warehouse Product Rotation
* Manage club inventory
* Review weekly Make site PQI audits to keep product rotated out
Out of Stocks
* Daily review of Sam's OOS report with order center & expedite deliveries to eliminate any current or potential OOS
* Maintain 99.7% Customer Gold Standard
Warehouse Loading / Loading Errors
* Work closely with dedicated warehouse team at offsite warehouse to load bill of lading for club direct deliveries
* Provide dispatch schedule to warehouse for fleet deliveries
* Provide customer requirements on NIS bill of ladings and delivery feedback to warehouse for load condition/accuracy and ship to schedule
Communication
* Weekly conference calls with direct delivery team
* Daily correspondence with Sam club replenishment team and Costco buyer
* Daily correspondence with Direct Delivery Manger
* Work closely with Make Site plant management and supply planner to meet product demand and shipping requirements
* Interact with the local PBC sales locations for customer service needs
* Frontline communication as Pepsi representative by maintaining relationship and executing customer needs by addressing any service requests or delivery issues

Compensation and benefits:
