Job Main Purpose:
The FGI Supply Planner is responsible for developing and executing the supply
plan for a specific category of products. This includes working with demand
planners, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure that there is enough
inventory to meet customer demand, while also minimizing costs. The ideal
candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain principles and be
able to use data and analytics to make sound decisions.
Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the supply plan for a specific category of products
* Work with demand planners, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure that there is enough inventory to meet customer demand
* Minimize costs by optimizing inventory levels and transportation
* Track inventory levels and forecast demand to identify potential disruptions
* Manage projects that impact the supply chain, such as new product launches or capacity expansions
* Analyze data and make recommendations to improve the supply chain
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Job Requirements & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in engineering background
* 1 to 3 years of experience in similar / related role
* FMCG experience is preferred
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong Communication skills
* Strong stakeholder management
* Familiar with SAP and/or Power BI is a great advantage
