Payroll Specialist

You will be working as a Payroll Specialist and will be part of Global
Business Services for HR Operational Services Division based in 10th of
Ramadan, Egypt. In this role you will be reporting to People Analytics &
Fusion Project Lead and will be responsible for performing day to day
processing of HR requests related to one or more service lines (Employee Life
Cycle, Integrated Talent, Global Mobility, Learning & Development,
Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, People Analytics and HRIS) for an assigned
group of employees handling also complex and escalated tasks. Ensures
appropriate support for internal customers and deliver accurate and timely
processing of information with all stakeholders and assures that quality
controls.

Your responsibilities

• Execute and deliver assigned HR Services in compliance with all standard operating procedures/policies or other procedures in place and according to defined Service Level Agreement(s). Support and to coach others in the team with defined tasks.


• Deliver HR Service support to the HR community, managers and employees. Show customer service mind-set and a proactive way of working to serve the customers with a "can do" attitude and recommend enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback and experience with customers.


• Communicate information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers as needed.


• Record employee enquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool).


• Perform data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Services and maintain a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems.


• Provide on-demand reports related to the process, where required.


• Prepare information and documents for external authorities (social insurance, income tax, etc.).

Your background

• Bachelor degree in relevant field


• Minimum ‎2 years of payroll experience


• Strong analytical approach to problem solving.


• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.


• Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law & Social Insurance law.


• Fluency in both spoken & written English& Arabic languages is required.
