Your Mission
CSQ manager will be responsible for Customer Satisfaction, Customer Delivery
Experience, Quality and CLO
Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!
* Create a competitive logistic offer providing opportunity to increase sales and market share and increase customer satisfaction through
o An outstanding lead time offer
o Customer capabilities, added value services
o Differentiated offer per channel, VIP customers
taking into account:
o the expectations from the segments of customers (customer visits, OES , NSS)
o the strategy of the BUs
o the MEA commercial logistic offer policy
* Understand and share with countries the logistic offer environment in the territory: Customers segment's needs, markets values, competitors offers, local Schneider strategy & position on the market
* Manage and negotiate with Sales & Marketing the logistic offer to the distributed markets in order to create value for the Customer and develop Schneider differentiation.
* Drive, with Sales, collaborative initiatives with the main distributors to significantly increase growth and profitability by improving the supply chain efficiency
* Manages the Customer Satisfaction & quality function within one site
* Develops quality action plans, allocates resources
* VOC, Quality Excellence, Quality System, Management & networking
* Customer Delivery Experience/Commercial Logistic Offer/Customer Process Capabilities lead.
Qualifications
About You
Education: BSc in Engineering
Language requirements:
* Fluent in English
* French language will be valuable
Experience:
Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience.
Skills requirements
* Six Sigma Green belt.
* Lean expert.
* QMS expert full awareness.
* Customer centricity attitude.
* Project management awareness .
* Microsoft office
* Strong Communication skills.
