I'm a proven Business Development leader with experience in building high
performing teams, driving results, and lean problem solving. I’ve been able to
leverage my strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills to find
success throughout my career. Currently, I am a Business Development for
Quality Compliance. I was part of the team that lunched the very first
upstream distribution centre in the history Automation and Cold Chain
Management. In this role, I’ve been able to implement and improve on processes
that Quality Compliance will leverage across its entire distribution network.
Using lean methodologies, I added to our building efforts of creating more
value for our customers, while using less resources. Colleagues know me as an
innovative thinker that brings new ideas to most discussions and meetings. My
way of thinking also tends to foster ongoing dialogue between the groups that
I’m a part of, to ensure every person can add to the pool of meaning and that,
