SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The position holder is responsible to manage an assigned area or team by
planning, organizing, and following up warehouse activities to ensure
efficient and safe warehouse operation in accordance with HSEQ (Health,
Safety, Environment and Quality) requirements and service targets.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure that internal and external HSEQ requirements are followed.
* Manage warehouse personnel by ensuring that the tasks in their areas are executed as planned in an efficient way and with the right quality.
* Organizing handling of all incoming orders and activities related to this.
* Planning and organizing daily distribution and activities related to this.
* Manage all operations within the warehouse, e.g., receiving RMs and packaging, and controlling Certificate of Analysis, safe storage, counting, and distribution.
* Handle non-conform goods and monitor transport delivery performance.
Qualifications:
* Any Diploma or bachelor's degree. Store keeping and warehouse management diploma or degree will be an advantage.
* ‎2 to ‎3 years' experience in relevant field.
* Fluency in English (Verbal & Written)
Location: Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.
