to acquire the needed skills & knowledge for various professions within the
hospitality field within a specific time frame by using a combination of
classroom learning and On Job Training."

Job Description
* Clean all assigned guestrooms to standard.
* Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest.
* Take ownership of guests ' privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service.
* To ensure that all specific tasks are cleaned and presented within the allocated time frame, to the standard required by the Housekeeping Managers.
* To be courteous and discreet with guests requests.
* To handle guest queries in accordance with company standard.
* To train new employees to required standard.
* To ensure that damage to linen and equipment are reported through the correct channels.
* Other duties as specified by the Housekeeping Manager.
* Complies with the hotel policy and procedures regarding Fire, Health and Safety and Hygiene. Attends regular training sessions.
* To ensure guests come first.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
* Tamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only.
* Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to ‎6 months of relevant work experience.
* Basic English skills are a must.
* Strong passion for the Hospitality Field.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Is a team player that contributes to and proactively assists co-workers.
* Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs.
* Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
