Position overview:


Lead and manage Ball facilities in allocated countries to provide expertise
and support to our customers producing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic
beverages. Provide a strong technical and quality support to customers & Ball
internal customers. Improve overall customer and Ball performance on all
aspects and be the "voice of the customer" within Ball organisation.

Key responsibilities:

Regular comprehensive reporting of customer performance according to defined
guidelines towards Ball partners and when necessary customers
* Contact customer regarding quality issues, visiting the customer where required and supporting them in order to provide a troubleshooting activity and define the root cause of the problem
* Use of six sigma, statistic basic tools required to limit re-occurrence and drive improvement in Ball plants
* Follow up on claims resolution and set up structured investigations in case of re-occurrence; formalize best practices/corrective/preventive actions for reapplication/expansion or savings
* Coordinates trials related to savings at customers (ODMs, downgauge etc …)
* Examine customer & Ball filling facilities/warehouses to determine areas of enhancement. Perform regular audit as per Ball procedure.
* Train customer on GMP, stress corrosion, seaming, can handling et
* Along with CTS Regional Manager decide what trials are required, filling line trials or test packs, bench tests. Inform the relevant Ball Manufacturing site in order to set appropriate prod. spec (master data)
* Arrange for trial at customer location and carry out the same
* Report the results of the trial to relevant contacts within Ball
* Providing technical support to the sales department during preparation of marketing strategies and plans for export customers
* Providing engineering support to the customers for the new line, equipment and process investment at any location

Experience and skills required:

Engineering degree
* Previous experience in Customer Services within high speed manufacturing environment
* Knowledgable in Quality systems and tools
* Customer oriented and can build relationships
* Good verbal and written presentation skills in both Arabic and Enlish language
* Ability to travel on regular basis across Egyot, Turkey, Saudi, Cyprus, Georgia, Jordan, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, North Africa, India and Europe
