Malvern College Egypt (MCE) was established in 2016 and is the first British
international school in Cairo to be working in partnership with a leading
British independent school. Since its creation, MCE has enjoyed a period of
considerable growth and success and is now a vibrant community of 850 students
aged 3-18.
MCE now stands on the cusp of an exciting new phase in its development and the
next Head of Secondary will play a critical role in helping the School to
realise its goals. The appointed candidate will make a powerful contribution

Reporting to a newly appointed Head, the Head of Secondary will combine a deep
commitment to outstanding senior school education with a track record of
successful leadership experience. They will possess a strong sense of team and
the interpersonal skills to actively contribute to the development of MCE.
Strong organisational management skills and strategic capability are crucial,
as is the gravitas required to engage successfully across the breadth of MCE's
internal and external stakeholders.
