Handle on-site medical claims and requests
Follow-up with medical insurance companies on approvals
Handle emergency cases for corporate accounts with the insurance company
Act immediately on any critical cases
Use multiple means to communicate with medical insurance companies
Perform various visits to different client sites in Cairo and Giza to ensure
service level quality
Provide reports as needed
Report to the Senior Account Manager and Corporate Relations and On-site
Doctor
Holder of a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business)
Not suitable for medical and pharmaceutical background
From 1 to 2 years experience max. in the same post
Fluent English language is a must
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Must own a car at their disposal
Males-only opportunity
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Respectable and presentable
Flexible to move around and work on-sites
People and client-oriented
