Job Description
We are looking for candidates with experience in Medical Insurance to join our
customer service operations team at the Sharjah branch. This role entails
supporting the respective supervisor/department head in managing all new
business and renewals. The ideal candidates will be responsible for:
* Ensuring that customers have competitive quotes according to their requirements.
* Ensuring that all enquiries are entered in CRM and followed up in a timely manner
* Ensuring that all the documents are uploaded in CRM.
* Ensuring that all audit procedures are complied with.
* All the emails and calls must be acknowledged and replied to by internal and external clients.
* Preparing reports on pending enquiries/quotes and coordinating with the team heads.
* Actively resolve customer complaints and highlight the same to the team ahead.
* Achieve new business & renewal targets
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* Proven medical insurance underwriting experience.
* Sound technical knowledge of medical insurance products.
* Effective communication and people skills.
* Experience in handling Microsoft Office Tools and Analytical tools
