Job Description



  • Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries.

  • Submitting the customer profile data efficiently.

  • Submitting the customer reservations in time efficiently.

  • Receiving customers problems and Data entry customer data bases.

  • Build customer's interest in the services offered by the company.

  • Maintain records of telephonic interactions.

  • Update the existing databases with changes and the status of each customer/prospective customer.

Requirements**
* Good social skills, Pleasant and friendly mannerism and to be very confident.
* Six months or more experience in a call center environment.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Good verbal and oral communication skills.
* Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information.
* Ability to handle complaints and have attention to detail.
* Ability to manage difficult customer situations and to treat people with respect under all circumstances.
* Ability to work well as part of a team.
* Must have good listening skills.
* A sound knowledge of telephone etiquette.
