Description:
Prepare operations plan and set budget according to functions requirements
align with Operations - HO master plan.
Monitor staff adherence to policies & procedures and operational risk
framework.
Maintain relationship with functions & ensure full understanding their
requests.
Monitor operations control reports with regards to transactions quality
performed by LOB staff at the branch level.
Provide Operations staff with consultancy advice & support needed to solve
operational issues.
Ensure & follow up on audit findings action plan highlighted in their reports.
Participate in setting Business Continuity plan along with Global Risk
function
Obtaining Operations & LOB requirements to set the overall operations plan &
budget align with Operations master plan.
Setting operation business continuity plan in coordination with Risk - HO.
Ensuring staff adherence to policies & procedures and operational risk
framework.
Ensuring & following up on issues/findings highlighted in audit reports &
participate in setting the audit action plan
Managing & maintaining the relationship with other functions in addition to
obtain their requirements.
Required Experience:
Degree from a recognized university
10 years of banking experience in a leading Regional/ International
organization, of which 5 in a managerial position
Exposure to different bank functions
Fluent in English (Arabic a plus)
Established interpersonal & analytical skills
Strong Project Management
Strong business orientation and sound knowledge of banking business dynamics
and fundamentals
Demonstrated ability to communicate and work collectively with business
partners
