Job Summary and Responsibilities Responsible in preparing all documents
relating to training function. Provide assistance in the training courses to
achieve the goal. Handle the entire process the student trainee or internship.
Prepare and distribute documents to the concerned parties. Coordinate and
liaise with other department and external parties to complete the successful
training roadmap. Job Requirements
1. Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management,
Business Administration or relevant discipline
2. Practical experience in training function at least 2 years. Exposure in
hospitality business is desirable
3. Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken
4. Computer literate
5. Posses professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal
skills
